Ingredients
- 1 lb greens, rinsed with stems cut off (your choice I like collard best)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (the green one is excellent)
- 1 teaspoon bacon bits
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Put all ingrediants into a medium pot.
- Simmer on medium/low heat until tender, 2-3 hours.
