Green Vodka Cooler

I saw this on Emeril Live today and had to try it. "Cooler" is the right description! Very tasty and cool! I just made a two-serving recipe, however, and threw it all in the blender at one time.

• Serves: 8

Ingredients

• 2  cups lime juice, fresh
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 2  cups vodka
• 8  cups  ice, crushed
•  lime slice, for garnish

Directions

1. Combine lime juice and sugar in a bowl, and whisk to dissolve the sugar. Pour half of this mixture into a blender.
2. Add 1 cup vodka and 4 cups ice, and blend until smooth. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
3. Serve immediately, garnished with lime slices.
