  1. In medium saucepan add tomatillos,jalapenos( tops cut off),1 onion and water.
  2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Cool.
  3. Puree. Using pulse setting on food processor add garlic, cilantro and onion.
  4. Pulse till blended yet leaving some pieces, for crunch.
