Green Salmon Spread

Ingredients
- 1 (7 3/4ounce) can salmon
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons onions, grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
- Drain salmon and flake.
- Peel avocado; remove pit.
- Mash avocado.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour for flavors to mix.
- Serve with crackers.
