Green Rice

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and put in a buttered casserole.
- Bake at 350 degrees till firm. About 45 minute.
