Green Pea and Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked quinoa, cooled
- 2 cups peas
- 1 cup chopped red radish
- 1 2⁄3 cups canned chick-peas, drained and rinsed
- 1⁄3 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh dill
- salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl combine quinoa, peas, radishes and chickpeas.
- In a small bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil and vinegar. Stir in cheese and dill.
- Add to quinoa mixture and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
