Green Onions Cheesy Style

These are a party staple!!! The crunchy and gooey go well together. Once you make them, you will find it to be a great snack for anytime.My kids ALWAYS fight over the last one, so beware.

• Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

• 2  bunches green onions
• 1  package  softened cream cheese
• 1  cup cheddar cheese, grated
•  lemon pepper

Directions

1. rinse and dry onions.
2. snip off top root and bottom green (leave most of the onion).
3. use teaspoon and ball up 1 tsp or so of cream cheese.
4. depending on size of onions.
5. place ball of cream cheese on white head of green onion.
6. sprinkle with lemon pepper.
7. roll in grated cheddar cheese.
