Green Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1⁄2 cup fresh basil leaf
- 1⁄2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1⁄4 cup fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
- Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans.
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until desired consistency.
- To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
