Ingredients
- 19 ounces chickpeas
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- salt
Directions
- Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid.
- Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
- Add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to obtain desired consistency.
