Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1 ounce chopped anchovy fillet
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until pureed.
- Keeps covered in refrigerator for 1 week.
