Green Goddess Dressing

Another treat from my Southern belle MIL. She was a cookbook author, and I am trying to get all these well worn, yellowed pages down for posterity and the enjoyment of others. You won't regret trying any of her recipes! *See my listed tarragon vinegar recipe for this or purchase at grocer.

• Yields: 4 C

Ingredients

• 1  cup sour cream
• 2  cups mayonnaise
• 1⁄3 cup tarragon vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup anchovy, diced
• 1⁄2 cup green onion, ground
• 1 1⁄2 cups  garlic butter
• 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar, more to taste
• 1⁄2 tablespoon white pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix together as would any dressing, shake, and refrigerate.
