Ingredients
- 12 green chili peppers
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- sea salt
- 8 scallions
- 1 sweet onion
- 2 tablespoons chicken soup base
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup salsa
Directions
- fire roast green chilies.
- remove skin, seeds and stems.
- blend all ingredients together.
- simmer for 2 hours.
- serve over enchiladas.
