Green Chili Salsa Poached Fish

A delicious recipe from one of my church cookbooks

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1  lb  white fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1  cup green chili salsa
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 12 cup  shredded  longhorn cheese

Directions

  1. Simmer fish in salsa, covered for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
  2. Serve with sour cream and cheese.
