Green Chili Rice

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1⁄2 cups instant rice, uncooked
Directions
- In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chilies and cheese.
- Stir in the rice.
- Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
