Green Chili Rice

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1  cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
  • 1  cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 12 cups  instant rice, uncooked

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chilies and cheese.
  2. Stir in the rice.
  3. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
