Green Chili and Cream Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients
- 6 tortillas
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 ounces diced green chilies
- 28 ounces green enchilada sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute cream cheese, green chiles until it is warm and nicely combined. Grease 9x13 baking dish, pour some enchilada sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Fill tortillas with mixture and some of the cheese, reserving some cheese to sprinkle on the top.
- Roll up tortillas and place in a 9x13 baking dish sprayed with PAM.
- Pour enchilada sauce on top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
- Can top with sour cream and cilantro.
- This dish can easily have chicken or other proteins added along with other veggies like corn, beans, or peppers. Blank canvas to create a delicious master piece.
