Green Chili and Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole kernel corn (from frozen, not canned)
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup monterey jack cheese, grated
- 4 ounces green chilies, peeled
Directions
- Combine the first seven ingredients.
- Rinse seeds from chilis, chop the chilis and add to mixture.
- Pour into a greased casserole pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (or until casserole is firm and has a golden brown color).
