  1. mix flour, salt,& baking powder in large bowl.
  2. add the chiles, garlic, and 1 c.
  3. cream and stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Place dough on a floured surface& knead until mixture forms a ball.
  5. pre-heqat oven to 425 degrees.
  6. divide dough into 2 pieces& pat each into a 10 inch circle on a greased cookie sheet.
  7. brush the tops with remaining cream.
  8. bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. cut each circle into 8 wedges before serving.
