  1. Pour oil in a large saute pan with a lid.
  2. Heat over medium high until hot.
  3. Add pork chops, onions, garlic and oregano.
  4. Saute for 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent and the pork chops are browned.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  6. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
