Green Chile Dip

Ingredients
- 2 -3 roasted green chilies, peeled and seeded
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream or 1⁄2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1⁄4 cup milk or 1⁄4 cup buttermilk
- 1 lime, juice and zest of
- 1 garlic clove
- salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor work bowl or blender jar and pulse until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate 30 minutes or more to meld flavors.
