Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package  refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened,cut in half
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
  • 13 cup milk
  • 1  large egg
  • 1 13 cups  dry breadcrumbs
  • 1  package  taco seasoning mix
  •  garnish with salsa

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 400° F.
  2. Grease baking sheet.
  3. SEPARATE dough into four 3 x 6-inch rectangles on cutting board; press seams closed.
  4. Spread half block cream cheese onto each rectangle; top each rectangle with half can chiles.
  5. Fold rectangles in half lengthwise; cut each into eight pieces.
  6. COMBINE milk and egg in small bowl.
  7. Combine breadcrumbs and seasoning mix in shallow dish.
  8. Dip each bite into milk mixture; roll in breadcrumb mixture.
  9. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  10. BAKE for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Serve with salsa.
