Directions

  1. Wrap head of garlic in foil. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the soft garlic from the head into a blender or processor.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Purée until smooth.
  4. This recipe freezes beautifully. Sometimes I double or triple the recipe and freeze it for future use.
