  1. Remove ribs from pepper rings.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add garlic, black pepper and pepper rings; cook, over high heat and stirring frequently, until tender-crisp-----about 5 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  5. Serve at once.
