Green Beans With Sour Cream

An alternative to the green bean casserole, a great way to make fresh green beans.

Directions

  1. Trim the beans and cook in boiling salt water until tender.
  2. Drain and keep warm.
  3. Saute the mushrooms in the butter for five minutes.
  4. Add the sour cream and salt.
  5. Put the beans on a serving dish and pour the mushroom/sour cream mixture over them.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
