Green Bean Salad With Saki Sauce

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon sake
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced dried onion
- 1⁄2 lb green beans, fresh
Directions
- Roast and then grind up the sesame seeds. Remove strings from fresh green beans and cook in boiling salted water. Cool. Slice diagonally and place in a serving dish. Combine saki, soy sauce, sugar and dried onions. Pour over the beans and mix well.
