Green and Gold Smoothie

This is a great way to start your day! This smoothie is electric green in color and deliciously sweet from the pineapple and banana. In fact, if it weren't for the color, you wouldn't even know this is made with kale! More recipes at: bellaraw.blogspot.com

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cubed
• 1  banana, frozen
• 1  stalk kale, stems removed
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and drink has become an electrifying green color.
