Green and Gold Salad Mold

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (3 ounce) package lime Jell-O gelatin
- 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream (or Cool Whip, Dream Whip)
- 3⁄4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Heat Pineapple to boiling point. Add Jello, stir till dissolved. Chill until partially set. Cream the cream cheese, mix in the nuts, whipped topping and cheddar cheese, then stir it all into the jello mix. Put in mold or pretty dish. Chill till set.
