Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Mix yogurt and egg in a bowl.
- Add flour and baking soda to the yogurt mixture. The mixture will be thick.
- Spray or lightly oil a nonstick griddle or pan. Heat to medium-high.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto griddle and cook until starting to bubble and then flip.
- Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with favorite syrup.
