Ingredients

  • 34 cup  cooked quinoa (or barley or brown rice)
  • 2  tablespoons honey
  • 18 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1  cup  plain  Greek yogurt
  • 1  cup blackberry, lightly crushed

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine grains, 1 tablespoon of the honey and salt.
  2. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into each parfait glass.
  3. Top with ¾ tablespoons quinoa and ¼ cup blackberries. Repeat layers. Drizzle with remaining honey.
