Greek Yogurt, Grain and Blackberry Parfaits

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup cooked quinoa (or barley or brown rice)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blackberry, lightly crushed
Directions
- In small bowl, combine grains, 1 tablespoon of the honey and salt.
- Spoon ¼ cup yogurt into each parfait glass.
- Top with ¾ tablespoons quinoa and ¼ cup blackberries. Repeat layers. Drizzle with remaining honey.
