Greek Spaghetti With Beurre Noir

Ingredients
- 8 ounces angel hair pasta or 8 ounces vermicelli
- 1⁄2 cup salted butter
- feta cheese
- salt
Directions
- Place butter in large skillet and heat over medium heat until butter turns brown. DO NOT BURN!
- Cooked pasta according to package directions.
- Drain pasta and immediately add to Browned Butter.
- Toss Pasta to coat with Butter.
- Add Feta Cheese and toss more.
- Garnish with a little more Feta.
