Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 8 ounces feta, cubed
- 32 kalamata olives
- salt and black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- fresh oregano
Directions
- Remove cores from tomatoes and cut in 8 wedges. Dice cucumbers into ¾ inch cubes.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, feta and olives. Add salt and pepper to taste and olive oil.
- Arrange salad on serving plates and sprinkle with oregano.
