Greek Salad

Serves: 5-6
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 1 cup black olives
- 200 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1⁄2 red onion
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 seedless cucumber
- 1 head lettuce
Directions
- Combine first five ingredients to form dressing.
- Wash and cut up lettuce.
- Add diced onions, diced tomatoes and diced cucumbers.
- Sprikle feta on top.
- Add olives and dressing to taste.
