Greek Pasta Salad with Shrimp & Olives

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 lb tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄4 lb feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup kalamata olive, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice
- 3⁄4 lb pasta, cooked
- 3⁄4 lb bay shrimp, cooked
Directions
- Mix first 10 ingredients in large bowl.
- Add pasta and shrimp and
- toss to blend.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
