Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups buttermilk, at room temperature
- 1⁄2 cup feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 3 2⁄3 cups flour
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 2⁄3 cup pitted kalamata olive
Directions
- add all ingredients, except olives to machine in this order.
- cook on the basic cycle.
- add olives before the end of the first kneading cycle, or at the beep.
