Greek Marinade

This is great to marinate chicken- You need to marinate it at least 15 minutes to overnight. Then grill 15 min per side

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1  cup fresh lemon juice
• 4  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄4 cup fresh oregano, minced
• 1⁄4 cup fresh parsley, minced
• 2  teaspoons red pepper flakes

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake well.
2. Makes enough to marinate 2-3 lbs of chicken or white fish.
