Greek Marinade

Got this from my sister-in-law. I used it on chicken breasts and then grilled them. It was fabulous! Excellent flavors! You can use this marinade for any type of meat.

• Ready In: 15 mins
• Serves: 4
• Yields: 1 cup of marinade

Ingredients

• 1  clove garlic
• 1  medium onion, chopped
• 1⁄2 cup olive oil
• 1⁄2 cup white wine
• 1  lemon, juice of
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. Mix everything together.
2. Marinate for as long as possible!
