Greek Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 2⁄3 cups milk
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3⁄4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 6 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 3⁄4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon all purpose Greek seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Coat a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
- Place flour in a large saucepan,gradually add greek yogurt and milk,stirring with a whisk until blended.
- Cook under medium heat until thick(about 8 minutes),stirring constantly.Add cheeses;cook 3 minutes,or until cheese melts,stirring frequently.Remove from heat;stir in macaroni,olives and greek seasoning.
- Spoon mixture into a prepared casserole dish.Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
