Greek Islands Salad

Ingredients
- 4 tomatoes, cored and quartered
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 -3 anchovies (optional)
- 12 black olives
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 -4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
- 3⁄4 cup Italian dressing
Directions
- Combine everything except dressing in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss.
