Greek Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried mint
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the beans and cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until the beans are tender. Serve.
