Great Potato Casserole

I got this recipe from a church cookbook. It makes a great side dish and is easy to make.

• Yields: 1 casserole

Ingredients

• 32  ounces frozen hash browns
• 8  ounces sour cream
• 6  green onions, chopped
• 2  cups  corn flakes
• 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of chicken soup
• 2  cups cheddar cheese
• 3⁄4 cup  clarified butter
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Mix first 5 ingredients and bake in casserole for 30 minutes Combine butter with cornflakes and put on top. Bake another 15 minutes.
