Great Macaroni and Cheese

Serves: 6-8
Ingredients
- 7 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1⁄2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- Cook macaroni as directed.
- Drain and add the next 6 ingredients and 8oz of cheddar cheese.
- Mix well and put in casserole dish that has been sprayed with pam.
- Sprinkle top with 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 325 for 45 minute.
