Great Chocolate Frosting or Icing

Easy rich chocolate icing that can taste like an almond joy - or just with nuts

• Yields: 1 cake

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup butter
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 3  egg yolks
• 4  tablespoons  cocoa
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  cup coconut (optional)
• 1⁄2-1  cup  nuts (pecans, almonds or walnuts)

Directions

1. Mix butter, milk, yolks cocoa in saucepan stirring constantly -it boils quickly -- remove from heat and stir in vanilla, coconut and nuts.
