Great Aunt Virgina's Mid-Morning/Brunch Souffle

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread
- 2 1⁄2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 lb cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 dash pepper
Directions
- De-crust and cube bread.
- Place cubes in to a 7 1/2 X 11 3/4 baking dish.
- Combine mild, eggs, cheese and seasoning in blender or food processor.
- Blend until cheese is grated.
- Pour over bread cubes making sure that all cubes are moistened and let stand in the refrigerator overnight.
- Then next morning, bake at 325 for 1 hour.
