Yields: 2-4 topped muffins
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chicken gravy
- 2⁄3 cup shredded white chicken breast
- 1 -2 halved English muffin
Directions
- Toast english muffins.
- Meanwhile, heat your gravy in one saucepan, and chicken in a skillet with a little bit of water or chicken broth to stir fry (sort of).
- When all three are finished, top english muffins with small mounds of chicken and pour gravy overtop.
