Granola Irish Cream

Created this on a whim to satisfy a craving - surprisingly tasty, despite appearances! Go light on the liqueur, or it will quickly overwhelm (unless, of course, you want that!). I find it's best if you add only enough liqueur to make the granola cereal stick together. Experiment to your own tastes!

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup granola cereal
• 2  teaspoons  freeze  dried blueberries (optional)
• 1  tablespoon irish cream

Directions

1. Pour cereal into crystal glass.
2. Add blueberries (or other fruit), if desired.
3. Add irish cream liqueur to wet cereal.
4. Devour.
