Granola Bars

Yields: 36 bars
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups smuckers pure apricot jam
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 3 cups Robin Hood oats
- 1 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Line a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Combine jam and butter in large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-2 minutes, until butter melts. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well.
- Press evenly into prepared pan, wetting hands so mixture doesn't srick.
- Bake in preheated oven 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Cut into 36 bars.
