Granola

Easy to make and delicious. You can use whatever dried fruits and nuts suit your taste. You can also add coconut, chocolate chips, or other goodies as you like. I line my baking sheets with non-stick aluminum foil, which gives the granola the perfect texture and makes stirring and clean up very easy. Show more

  3. Pour the mixture over the oats and nuts and stir to coat. Spread the mixture out in a single layer onto the foil-lined baking sheets. Bake for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring the mixture every 15 minutes. Allow to cool, and then add dried fruits, mini chocolate chips, or other add ins as desired.
