  1. Mix dry in large bowl.
  2. Mix remaining in saucepan and heat till combined. Don't boil.
  3. Pour over dry.
  4. Put in sheet pan.
  5. Cook @ 300 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Cool.
