Ingredients
- 3⁄4 pint cold brewed tea
- 12 ounces sugar
- 4 ounces apricots, chopped
- 1 1⁄4 lbs dried fruit
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups self-raising flour (heaped cups)
Directions
- Soak the apricots, sugar and dried fruit overnight in the cold tea.
- Stir in morning.
- Add egg and flour.
- Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350°F.
