Granny's Brown Rice

Ingredients
- 1 can campbell French onion soup, undiluted
- 1 can campbell beef consomme soup, undiluted
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked long grain
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
Directions
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Use a two qt.
- ovenproof dish.
- Melt butter in a hot oven.
- When melted, add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Return to oven and cook uncovered until all liquid is absorbed, approximately 35-45 minutes.
