Grandpas Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 lb ground pork
- 1 large egg
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
Directions
- Put ground beef and pork in a bowl.
- Mix egg and milk and add to beef and pork.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Roll into golf ball size balls.
- Add to simmering pasta sauce to cook at least an hour.
